Wake Pilates
Service Description
This mat-based class focuses on strengthening and toning the body using your own body weight and the resistance of the mat. A dynamic blend of core work, flexibility, and functional movements ensures a well-rounded, full-body workout.

Cancellation Policy
Wake Pilates allows clients to book classes up to 30 days in advance. We also currently have no class cancellation policy allowing for maximum flexibility for members.
