About the Role
As a Reformer Pilates Instructor at Wake Pilates, you will lead dynamic group classes with up to 10 participants, as well as occasional private or semi-private sessions, ensuring proper form and safety on Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers and other equipment. You’ll create an inspiring and supportive environment that motivates clients to achieve their fitness goals while maintaining studio cleanliness and ensuring equipment is in excellent working order. Requirements
Certification and Expertise: Ideal candidates will hold a Pilates certification with hands-on experience teaching group classes on reformer machines.
Instructional Excellence: Skilled in delivering engaging, safe, and fitness-oriented group classes while blending contemporary methods with classical Pilates principles.
Engaging Presence: Bring an energetic, uplifting, and client-focused teaching style that motivates participants and creates a welcoming atmosphere.
Dependability and Professionalism: Consistently punctual, reliable, and committed to fostering meaningful connections with clients to enhance their overall experience.
Tech-Savvy and Growth-Oriented: Comfortable with studio management software (or eager to learn) and driven to support studio success by encouraging membership growth and promoting retail and additional services.
